Groceries

Groceries turns the meals you chose into a list you can actually shop. Recipe ingredients keep their source, manual items can join the same list, and checked items stay out of the way without losing the record of what happened.

Compile the list from Meal Plan

Build or update the grocery list from the current Meal Plan. Kwilt brings over the required ingredients and keeps them connected to the recipes that need them.

If the Meal Plan changes, update the list before shopping. That protects the link between what you plan to cook and what the cart should contain.

Review before you buy

Use Already Have to remove what is already in the kitchen from the immediate shopping work. Add staples and one-off household needs directly to the same list.

Similar ingredient lines may still need your judgment. Kwilt should preserve recipe identity instead of merging uncertain items into a confident-looking mistake.

Keep one list in motion

Check items as they go into the cart. Purchased items move into a completed section, leaving the next thing to pick up easy to see.

Edit an item when the quantity, wording, or status is wrong. The list is there to help the shop move, not to grade how perfectly it was prepared.

Use retailer handoff where it is available

Kwilt can prepare a reviewed list for supported retailer handoffs or a plain list you can use anywhere. Product matching, provider availability, and checkout authority vary by retailer.

A handoff is not an order. Review the retailer's cart, substitutions, price, pickup or delivery details, and payment before treating the shop as finished.
